A complete lift kit brings the front components, the rear, and shocks valved for the new height. Buying it as a kit is what keeps the geometry correct - lift assembled from separate parts is how trucks end up with binding suspension and a ruined alignment.
Filter by year, make and model to see only kits that bolt to your vehicle, and check tyre clearance before ordering - the lift is usually not the limiting factor.
